2021 saw another challenging year for everyone with the effects of COVID 19 and the extended lockdown. We all needed to change the way we managed our businesses. From a personal and business perspective we have gone from strength to strength and this would not have been possible without the support of our loyal clients, so thank you.
It was our team spirit lead by Julie York which saw us working together as a cohesive team, whether working from home or in the closed office. The support we received internally needs to be mentioned as this is something the public never sees.
Julie has continued to achieve outstanding results which is evident by the 5 star VERIFIED client reviews which reflect her tenacity, honesty and integrity.
Our property management department consistently achieves 0% vacancy rates, meaning our landlord's properties have very minimal vacancy time which is extremely important during these trying times.
Giving back to the community means the world to us and we do this wherever we can. This year we donated much needed funds to The Katoke Trust in Tanzania where our local couple Sid and Marilyn Moir live and work tirelessly providing school aged children with an education.
We are proud supporters of the Helensburgh Tiger Lilies and we thank them for their dedication and the time and effort they put in to represent our community.
Another incredible organisation we couldn't do without is SAHSSI, which assists homeless women and children escaping domestic violence. Our regular food drives and donations throughout the year have put a smile on many faces, not to mention our successful gift and toy drive which last year saw over 100 gifts delivered to open on Christmas Day. Because of the success we are doing this again! Our giving tree is now open for all new gifts for women and children and can be dropped to our office at 1/114a Parkes Street Helensburgh anytime between 9am to 5pm until 22nd December. You will be greeted by one of our friendly staff members.
We have plans for continued growth in 2022 and we cannot wait to welcome and assist you with all your property needs.
