The new picture book Searching for Treasure combines an abundance of information about marine life on our local beaches from award-winning writer Johanna Bell with the lush, joyful illustrations of Emma Long.
These two creators are in Thirroul for a special children’s event on Monday, 10th March at 4pm. Meet at the bookshop for a reading, then together the group will go to the beach for a guided walk.
On Wednesday 12th at Ryan’s, award-winning YA author Claire Zorn will discuss her first fiction for adults, Better Days, with Gretel van Lane.
Then on Wednesday, 19th March we are celebrating the launch of Eclipse, the latest work from Kirli Saunders. With readings, live music and guest appearances from Tamryn Bennett and Mark Harding, the evening will be a wonderful tribute to this prolific local artist/poet.
