For the curious and converted, mark Sunday, 12 November in your diary for our electric transport event at Club Thirroul.
When we recently surveyed you, our community, 44% said you are ‘definitely’ or ‘probably’ going to buy an electric vehicle (EV) in the next two years, and 31% are planning to purchase or lease an e-bike. However, there was still a lot of uncertainty about affordable options, car ranges, charging facilities and model features.
Hoping to address some of these uncertainties, our volunteer group is busy organising what is shaping up to be a great morning out. We’ve been speaking with manufacturers, car owners, e-bike retailers, subscription providers and industry experts and we are also working on securing some special offers for our local community.
At the Open Day you can expect to:
-
View a range of EV models
-
Chat to local owners about their experience for unbiased advice
-
Listen to information sessions on the practicalities of EV ownership
-
Book in a chauffeured drive with a local EV owner
-
Learn about upcoming models being released, government incentives and novated leasing
-
Take up one of the our special offers we have sourced for the local community
-
Test ride e-bikes and hear of e-bike subscriptions and offers
We’d love to see as many of you there for this free community event.
EV Open Day: 10am - 1pm, Sunday 12 November, Club Thirroul on Station St
