Since the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak, Raine & Horne Helensburgh principal Julie York has implemented a strict Covid Safe management plan, ensuring public safety and the smooth running of property inspections.

 Julie had all hands on deck at her recent Open House at 14 Old Farm Road, Helensburgh, which was held prior to the current lockdown orders that are now in place.

 As anticipated, high demand attracted 40 groups of interested buyers, which required the involvement of everyone at Raine & Horne Helensburgh.

 Staff members were directing groups at particular points ensuring social distancing, mandatory face masks, hand sanitising, scanning the QR code and checking ID prior to entry.

 Julie’s efforts did not go unnoticed with many commenting that “It was the best run Open House” and “we are extremely impressed”.

 This Open House was a huge success.  Not only did she achieve an outstanding sale price of $1,301,000, Julie ensured the safety of staff and buyers who felt comfortable whilst inspecting this lovely property.
