Bulli local Keith Wilson runs a family business called Sublime Pool Solutions, a new advertiser in the Flame's monthly magazine.
Tell us about your business.
Sublime Pool Solutions is a family-owned business specialising in system and equipment upgrades, using only the best products on the market.
We strive to achieve client satisfaction by listening to your needs, offering industry advice and supplying energy-efficient products that stand the test of time, and don’t cost a fortune to run!

How did it start and what do you do?
I’ve been installing fibreglass swimming pools alongside my Dad, Jim, under the banners of Sublime Pools and Irresistible Pools for a combined 67 years, so you could say we know what’s what when it comes to pools. Most of our jobs are referral business from happy customers.
It was a natural progression to start an equipment -focussed division of our business to enable us to help existing pool owners get the best use of their pools.
Best part of your job?
Getting to work with Dad every day and meeting some really great people. We have met so many clients over the years that are now friends; our wedding MC was actually a client who is now one of my best mates.
Also, owning a pool is a bit of an Aussie dream, so it’s great to see families who have saved up and are achieving this dream.
Most challenging?
In today’s economy, the continuous price rises can be pretty challenging. We pride ourselves on offering affordable pools and equipment and so try to help our customers wherever we can to save money.
Best business advice you've ever had?
“Do it once, do it right”. Dad taught me everything I know and this is his motto; he prides his business on looking after his customers and goes above and beyond when it comes to service and quality. This is something I am proud to carry on in my own businesses.
