Too cold to go out with your friends? Now you can stay in instead, thanks to Nourish Spa’s new "Girls' Night In" pamper package, available to residents in the 2508 area on Friday and Saturday nights.
Otford local and Nourish Spa owner Claudia Walters says: “We’ve made this package really affordable to coax everybody out of hibernation. It’s a great way to get together for a giggle and a catch-up while treating yourself to a bit of luxury.”
Beauty therapist Olivia Coleman adds: “Our Girls' Night In package makes taking care of your skin loads of fun! Get your friends together with some bubbly and nibbles and I’ll do the rest.”
Nourish Spa is a new mobile service that delivers spa treatments to the doorsteps of Gilly's Kitchen Garden members in the 2508 area.
The idea for Nourish Spa blossomed from the kitchen garden, which is at 35 Station Road in Otford.
Pending DA approval, Claudia's dream is to open a wellness centre in the Otford Valley that focuses on the arts, gardening and wellness.
“When I first saw the site, understood the history, saw the spectacular outlook, all based in this amazing community, it became obvious it needed to be a wellness centre,” Claudia says.
Her vision is to create a space where learning and connection thrive, a centre that will bring the community closer together.
While waiting for council approval, Claudia has partnered with Olivia to launch the mobile version of Nourish Spa, which she hopes will ultimately have a purpose-built home onsite at Gilly's Kitchen Garden.
Nourish Spa specialises in an array of rejuvenating treatments.
"Full body massage, facials, manicures and pedicures are our key offerings," says Olivia, who has studied beauty therapy and has a passion for wellness.
Nourish Spa focuses on quality, using Australian-made, organic-certified products.
“We use Bare Roots products, which are natural, fragrance-free and packed with botanical goodness,” Olivia says. “It's like silk on your skin.”
As well as group packages, Nourish Spa also offers individual treatments.
The mobile spa service operates in the 2508 area from 9am-9pm Friday and Saturday exclusively for members of Gilly’s Kitchen Garden.
Claudia says, ”Free membership is open to residents of 2508, granting access to the mobile spa, priority booking for our enriching gardening workshops and a first-look at all our future endeavours."
