Entrepreneurs Zhenya Gerson and Jacqueline Clark, owners of Gerringong-based business the PROPPR, are passionate about gut health and have the products to prove it.
The duo began with their flagship product – the award-winning PROPPR, a toilet foot stool designed to make going to the loo for a no.2 easier and quicker. Now they're expanding with the launch of PROPPR-tea, a range of therapeutic herbal teas to promote digestive health.
“We wanted to create something that would work hand-in-hand with our existing products to support people’s gut health in a holistic way,” says company co-founder Jacqueline, a marketing and communications professional.
“These teas are the next step in helping people feel their best, naturally.”
Each PROPPR-tea blend is crafted to Zhenya's recipe and uses certified organic herbs. The range includes two standout blends tailored to meet the needs of those looking to reset during and after the holiday season.
The Blends: MoVE and SooTHE

The idea for PROPPR-tea came naturally to the pair, who have built their brand around gut health.
“The PROPPR stool has always been about making a simple habit, going to the bathroom, work better for your body,” says Jacqueline, who brings her marketing expertise to the venture.
“Adding therapeutic teas felt like the perfect way to extend that mission. It’s about giving people tools that fit seamlessly into their lives.”
From Gerringong to the world
The PROPPR journey began with a shared vision. After the two women met at Zhenya's Sydney clinic in 2018, they discovered a mutual passion for wellness and a commitment to creating beautifully designed, functional products. Under their stewardship, the PROPPR stool has won multiple awards, including the Australian Good Design Award in 2019 and Best Wellness Product at the 2023 Spa and Wellness Awards.
Their Gerringong base is an integral part of their success.
