Promising a magical golden carriage journey, these October school holidays, Woods-Ray Theatricals Inc. are pleased to present a new production of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella!
Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella is the new Broadway adaptation of the classic musical. This contemporary take on the classic tale features Rodgers & Hammerstein’s most beloved songs, including “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It’s Possible” and “Ten Minutes Ago,” alongside an up-to-date, hilarious and romantic libretto by Tony Award nominee Douglas Carter Beane. With its fresh new take on the beloved tale of a young woman who is transformed from a chambermaid into a princess, this Cinderella is more than just a pretty face with the right shoe size. She is a spirited young woman with savvy and soul, not only fighting for her own dreams, but forcing the prince to open his eyes to the world around him and realise his dreams too.
