For many years, Wollongong folk have come together on Palm Sunday in support of peace and refugees.
This year, we will gather around the Town Hall fountain, corner Kembla and Crown streets, to hear Zaki Haidari, former refugee and now compelling advocate for human rights, share his story and bring greater understanding of the burdens and barriers refugees face who seek asylum in Australia.
The afternoon's program will include other speakers, music and a short march.
All welcome!
