Held over the weekend of March 1 and 2, the 2025 Yours & Owls Festival welcomed 30,000 punters to its prime new location at Wollongong's Flagstaff Hill.

The first Yours & Owls Festival was held in 2014, with headliners including Sticky Fingers and Windang-born band Hockey Dad. A decade on, the festival welcomed back Hockey Dad alongside headliners, Denzel Curry, The Kooks, Fontaines D.C. and The Goo Goo Dolls.

As well as big names, the festival championed local up-and-comers such as Armlock, Autumn Sunset, L.O.W and Satin Cali.

It was a festival full of firsts for Yours & Owls, with the first government-run pill testing trial in Australia. NSW Health provided the free opportunity for festival-goers to test their drugs for potentially life-threatening substances, and receive information, advice and care. About 100 patrons used the service.
